He leads our Accounting & Software team in providing services to some of the region’s largest corporates including Fortune 100 companies. Dedicated and a highly skilled Finance & Management Accounting professional with a successful track record creating, implementing and overseeing different ERP, CRM, SCM, CPM, BPM, AI & BI Software programs including RPA that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.

His qualifications and experience provides him with the management expertise to consult with business clients on operations and internal controls. A multifaceted personality passionate about controls and compliance with business process excellence. He holds M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics and MBA in Finance & Accounts.

RAJU IYER CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT,PGDCA

Formerly Executive Director in Ernst & Young in Dubai, Raju has almost 25 years of experience in the region. He has served many reputed clients across various industrial sectors such as Public Sector, Govt. Authority, Banking & Financial Services, Construction, Real Estate & Facility Management, Retail, FMCG, Automotive across the GCC region. He is presently advising numerous corporates, including newly established international entities in setting up their finance, IT, VAT functions and on various other matters.

He also conducts workshops, seminars, focus group sessions and training programs on various topics such as ‘Organisational Process Improvement & Optimisation’ for many clients and professional service firms in the region. Raju is a qualified CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Post Graduate Diploma holder in Computer Applications. He began his career as a business consultant in 1996 and rose through the ranks at Ernst & Young in Dubai, UAE. As Executive Director, he was leading the Finance/Information Technology consultancy practice for E & Y in UAE.

Divya is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has more than 18 years of audit experience in India. She carried her role as Audit Manager and was later inducted as a partner to JRS and Co, Kochi.

She has expertise in Auditing, Consulting, Finance, Accounting and Administration. She presently handles Audit of Non Corporate Clients as also Income Tax and GST Compliance works. She is also in charge of Accounting Services.

RAJESH RAMACHANDRAN CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT, FCA

A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, with expertise in conducting Audits and such other Assurance Services for Corporates and Financial Institutions including Banks. He has more than 20 years of experience in India engaging with audit of major multinational companies as also Due Diligence for major buyouts both within and outside India.

 

He is the Founder Partner of JRS AND CO, which is one of the leading Audit Firms in the region with operations spanning Southern states of India and having a team of more than 15 Qualified Professionals as also a team of more than 25 Semi Qualified Resources and employing more than 50 Articled Clerks and training them into budding professionals. He also qualified as a Information Systems Auditor, certified by ICAI in March 2003 and by CISA in June 2006. His area of specialisation lies in Assurance Services, Bank Audits & Information Systems Audits
