Regulatory Authority	Procedure for Submission
Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC)	UBO declaration is to be submitted digitally through DMCC Portal.
Department of Economic Development (DED)	UBO information has to be submitted by branch companies as well as LLCs that have corporate shareholders. LLCs with only individual shareholder(s) are not required to provide this. Company License, Memorandum of Association and UBO Declaration Letter should be submitted at DED service centers. The list of service centers can be found here: https://dubaided.gov.ae/ServiceCenters/en
Dubai Development Authority (DDA)	To download the DDA UBO Declaration Form, click here. The filled in form should then be uploaded at the AXS portal under Corporate – Amendment the same location.

Ajman Free Zone	All licensees should log in to the customer portal of Ajman FZ and submit the UBO declaration digitally. UBO request can be found under Company service section.
Fujairah Creative City	Authorities have not confirmed the UBO declaration procedure yet.
Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ)	The filled in UBO form should be mailed to customerservice@rakez.com.

Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA)	Information is not available
